This was the image I did for the Alien Relations Uplift Universe competition. The "alien relation" is the aliens being terrified of the innocent harmless toddler. Everything modeled in XSI and rendered with mental ray in XSI. Post work done in After effects. I oringinally used global illumination, but finally ended up with 3 lights without GI and final gathering. I've included some closeups of the original resolution of 2567x3636.
